What's a Cloud 9 Account & why do I need one?
A Cloud 9 Account is your personal profile. You are required to have an account to book your reservation. It will allow you to access and update your reservation as well as track your valuable trip history. It is also a place where you can provide us with additional information that will help make your travels smoother.
What is a Prebook Token and how do I get one?

A prebook "token" is simply the unique code that you will use to access the booking pages during the cabin selection on May 5th to May 13th, 2015. The token code will go live at a specific time during these dates and will allow you to choose your cabin. If you purchased more than one prebook, you will receive one token for each prebook. Only one cabin can be booked per token and tokens are non-transferable. 

What if I didn't purchase a prebook?

If you did not prebook your cabin, you will need to wait to place your reservation when the event goes on sale to the public on May 14, 2015

When can I make my reservation?

The General On Sale date for Jam Cruise will be May 14, 2015 at 12 PM Eastern. All cabins are sold on a first come first serve basis. It's best to have a few back up options in the event that your first preference is no longer available when you go to book a cabin.

Where do I go to book my cabin?

You can place a reservation by logging into your Cloud 9 account at www.cloud9reservations.com OR by clicking the "BOOK NOW" button on the event web-site.

I want to change my cabin type!
Jam Cruise does not allow for any room downgrades. However, you can upgrade your room if there is any availability. Contact the Travel Team to do so.
How do I make a payment?

It's up to you! You can choose to enroll in the ACH Program which will give you 4 equal payments and will automatically be withdrawn from a bank account or credit card. Learn more HERE

You can choose not to participate, then it will be your responsibility to make the scheduled payments on time. A late payment fee of $35 will be applied to the lead guest of reservations that do not meet the scheduled payment dates. 

Do I have to pay by credit card?

Jam Cruise 14 accepts major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Cashier's checks and money orders are acceptable & encouraged forms for making future payments but the initial deposit must be paid by credit card at the time of booking. You can also enroll in our ACH Program to use a bank account to set up automatic payments HERE.

Does Jam Cruise automatically charge my credit card on the payment due dates?

NO!  We will NOT automatically charge the credit card on file.  It is each guest's responsibility to make the scheduled payments on time.  A late payment fee of $35 will be applied to reservations that do not meet the scheduled payment dates.  

*This does not apply to those guests who opt into the ACH Payment Plan.

What if I am traveling alone?

You can! Please refer to Cruisin' Solo for all information under the "Book A Cabin" tab.

Can I bring my kids?
Yes! You can learn more about bringing your kids along HERE by scrolling to the bottom of the page. Once you are ready to add your kids, contact the Travel Team and we will get it all taken care of for you.
